Tommy Dillard joined The Hill Company in 1985 as an apprentice installer of underground storage tank systems. In 1988 he became a job-site supervisor/installer, consistently bringing projects to completion under budget and on schedule. Tommy was selected as one of two employees to attend cathodic protection training in 1989 and becoming certified as a cathodic protection tester.
Tommy's knowledge of all aspects of work performed by The Hill Company in the removal, installation and remediation of UST/AST projects, in addition to lubrication, vehicular lifts and related maintenance equipment, resulted in his promotion to estimator/project coordinator in 1998.
Suzi Hill has been a prominent figure in the specialized petroleum equipment installation industry since 1972. She joined the company as corporate secretary/comptroller, became partner and general manager in 1974 and president/CEO in 1977.
